Our web designers will provide you a custom design built from scratch including custom graphics, colors, layouts and content.  You provide us general details about your business and our amazing designers build it for you. This option includes up to 5,000 listings, additional listings can be purchased for $1/month per 1,000 listings.

Key Understanding:  The only difference between Lite and Pro is that with Pro the design is completely customized.  Both versions offer the same features, forms, speed and add-ons.

AGENTPLUGBROKER
This option is exclusively for brokerages and includes everything in our AgentPlugPro version above plus dedicated agent pages. Each agent page contains an agent’s contact information, bio, contact form and their personal listings. This option includes up to 5,000 listings, additional listings can be purchased for $1/month per 1,000 listings.

Sure thing! 90% of REALTORS have less than 10,000 listings, but you may have more – good for you! Listings take up disk space and server processing cycles. Our fee for 1,000 additional listings is $1.00/month + applicable HST or GST.

AgentPlugLite includes 10,000 listings.

AgentPlugPro includes 10,000 listings.

Example: If you serve a large area, say the Toronto Real Estate Board, and you want to show all the listings in the Board, at time of writing, there are approximately 21,000 listings.  You would pay a small surcharge of 21,000 – 10,000 included = 11,000 extra listings.  At $1 per extra  thousand, your surcharge would be $11/month.

Certainly.  If you so choose, we can include a blog on your website that you will be able to manage yourself using a simple web admin panel.  You can post articles, images and links that are relevant to your real estate business.  Blogs are a perfect way to build your brand as a REALTOR and to communicate with your customers.  If you need page content changed, we manage that for you – at no cost.  Just let us know what needs to be updated and we will take care of it for you – pronto!
