CREA DDF® stands for Canadian Real Estate Agent Data Distribution Feed. If you are a REALTOR®  you already have access to CREA DDF®.  It is available on your CREA® login page.

Yes!   We offer everyone a 14 day risk-free trial.  Your credit card will not be billed for the monthly maintenance fee until after your trial expires.  This gives you plenty of time to ensure you love your new website and our support.  If you cancel before the 14 day free trial, we will refund your deposit 100%.  You can read more in our Terms & Conditions document.

Many! We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX credit cards.  Your monthly subscription fee will automatically be billed to your credit card on file.  You can control your account, payments and subscription online using ‘My Account’ page.
Absolutely not!  We offer all our customers our premium concierge service that takes care of everything for you.  We design your site, host it on our super-fast cloud servers and manage updates and content changes for you.

Sure thing!  98% of REALTORS have less than 1,000 listings, but you may have more – good for you! Listings take up disk space and server processing cycles. Our fee for 1,000 additional listings is $2.50/month + applicable HST or GST.

You can purchase additional listings when you sign-up or anytime as your business grows directly from our services store.  Not sure how many listings your CREA DDF will have?  Contact us and we will help you find out.

Yes.  Unless you ask otherwise, all our sites include a free SSL Certificate to ensure your client’s data is encrypted during transmission to and from your site. This alone is a $129 value per year.

It is important to note that most of our competitors do not include SSL with every site and most charge an upgrade fee to obtain one.

Yes of course!  In addition to all the standard features included with your site, additional custom pages and functionality can be created by our team.

Not a requirement. If you already have a logo, we will incorporate it into your site.  If you want us to design a logo for you, we can do that!  Our graphic designers are highly skilled.  Logos are an additional fee of  $99+taxes for three (3) distinct design concepts to choose from.  A source file will be provided to you (Photoshop) for you to use for your other printing and marketing needs.  You can order a custom logo from our services store.

Certainly.  If you so choose, we can include a blog on your website that you will be able to manage yourself using a simple web admin panel.  You can post articles, images and links that are relevant to your real estate business.  Blogs are a perfect way to build your brand as a REALTOR and to communicate with your customers.  If you need page content changed, we manage that for you – at no cost.  Just let us know what needs to be updated and we will take care of it for you – pronto!

We are quick.  Once you, or we, have configured your CREA DDF® and provided us with your basic business information, we can have you online within five (5) business days or less.

Many of our competitors can have you online sooner because they do not offer custom design services and your site is self-designed and self-managed.  A quality site takes some time as we have to engage our web designers, graphic artists, content writers and technical staff.  That said, we are fast and you will be impressed!

Yes it is.  Our search box is very powerful and easy to use.  It can be configured to suit any real estate business type including residential, commercial, for sale or for rent scenarios.
